There has been much traffic on the Forums about how to improve ankle and calf flexibility in recent months. So, and to get the crew all working together (we start shooting the first of the "Mastery" programs this coming Thursday), we have decided to give you a sneak preview of the SLDP, one of the dozen or so elements from the Master the Pike Program.
The Mastery programs will be available as inexpensive pay downloads from the Forums shop, once we go live. I will post a short piece to camera on this when they are ready, and will post that clip here as well.
In the SLDP, Liv shows how to use ladder bars (any other rail-type support can be used) to both unweight the arms and shoulders, AND better anchor the heel of the working leg. As well, the ladder bars can be used to help square the hips (letting the hip come away from the working leg is a massive 'no-no' in terms of effectiveness.
