One of the aspects of our work is that we are always searching for new approaches that make doing an exercise possible for more people—so away from 'elite' performance and elite bodies to what any person can do—and hence can benefit from.
Today's exercises are variations on two of our favourites: Skandasana (there is a very similar movement in Chinese martial arts; I will look into this and add the details) and the Cossack Squat.
Both are unparalleled for strength and flexibility combined: mastery of these two 'strength" exercises will improve any legs-apart movement you are trying to acquire.
