This is the direction of our work for 2015: really inexpensive downloadable, DRM-free classes. This is the first in the series.

We are very interested in hearing from you re. what class subjects you'd like to see. Within weeks, our new studio will be set up, and we will literally produce programs on demand.
In the first of this series, Olivia takes you though a 52 minute class that is designed to be preparation for the legs-apart forward bend ("Pancake" in gymnastics; upavista kona-asana in Sanskrit).
One of the great virtues of this live, shot on location program is you interact with the participants of a real workshop; if you are an exercise teacher or student, watching the interactions is invaluable.
Olivia is a Senior Stretch Therapy teacher, based in NSW, Australia.
Comments have been enabled on all our latest clips. Please have conversations like you would with friends, over a drink on your back porch. Rude or offensive comment will be deleted.
I may be contacted by email (kit_l@mac.com) if you want to discuss a particular subject.
As well, there are the Stretch Therapy Forums (www.kitlaughlin.com/forums), where plenty of like-minded people hang out and it’s free. You only need a real email address to join and post your questions. If you write to me directly, I may ask you to join, and repost your questions on the Forums, so others may benefit.
Much more information and many articles will be found here:
